In case of any cancellations made from the customer’s end, the booking amount of the package stands non-refundable. (As all the bookings related to transportation, accommodations, and other services are made in advance, costing more than the booking amount at times)

If the cancellation is from Capture A Trip’s end, 100% of the package amountis refundable.
In case of rescheduling or cancellations with prior notice, please follow these timelines forthe communication:
- 15 Days priorfor Weekend trips/Treks
- 30 Days priorfor Domestic trips
- 45 Days priorforInternationaltrips
Free rescheduling is available. If cancelled, the amount will be refunded as a credit note valid for 2 years.
In case of cancellations due to government restrictions, natural calamities, protests or any unforeseen circumstances, the cancellations orits alternatives will be as follows:
- You can shift to any other scheduled departure on the same weekend.
- You can shiftto a later date.
- You can get 100% of the booking amount as a credit note (valid for 2 years for any fixed departure).
