This trip had me all tangled up at first. A trip with strangers? What if it got weird? But I took the leap after what she said, “Do it for YOU.” And it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I found a tribe of bold, kind, hilarious women who just got me. We laughed, danced, cried, and created memories that’ll stay forever. Now I get it—"yahi baatein toh baad mein yaad aayengi." The Pause project isn’t just a retreat. It’s a reminder of who you are, with people who feel like home.

The Pause Project gave me the space I didn’t realize I was craving. Through guided meditations, mindful exercises, and reflective sessions, I learned to release the tension, guilt, and fears I had been carrying. I left feeling not only refreshed but truly transformed, with tools to maintain calm and clarity in my daily life.

Never thought I’d go on a trip with strangers to the mountains, but I took a leap of faith and went on my first solo retreat. And oh my God... what a beautiful, crazy, heartwarming experience it was! From peaceful morning meditations to fun drawing sessions, dancing in the mountains, making the cutest reels, and even shedding goodbye tears. Everything was pure magic. Looking forward to many more soulful escapes with the amazing woman behind this. The program truly took a piece of my heart.

I walked into this retreat not knowing a single soul just a bag full of clothes, a tired heart, and a tiny hope for something meaningful. What I found was beyond anything I imagined. Mornings wrapped in stillness and meditation. Afternoons filled with creativity, laughter, and spontaneous dancing in the mountains. Evenings spent under starry skies, sharing stories, and soaking in a kind of peace I didn’t know I needed. This was more than a retreat. It was a beautiful reminder of connection, healing, and joy.

This wasn’t a vacation. It was coming home. The Pause Project by Capture A Trip isn’t just a trip. It’s a reset. A reminder. That you’re allowed to slow down. Breathe. Heal. And just be. I came alone, but left with strangers turned soul-friends. A space where I didn’t have to pretend even for a second. Would highly recommend this program!

I didn’t realise how much I had been carrying until The Pause Project gave me the space to release it. Through guided sessions and gentle conversations, I confronted old fears, anger, and sadness. It was intense, yes, but so freeing. I left feeling lighter, open, and at peace with parts of myself I had long ignored.

Joining The Pause Project was one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. Every moment from the meditations to the heartfelt group sessions encouraged me to look inward and nurture my mental and emotional wellness. It wasn’t just a break from life; it was a breakthrough into living more mindfully and fully.

The Pause Project by Capture A Trip was truly life-changing for me. I came here seeking a break from my busy routine, but I ended up finding so much more: peace, clarity, and a deeper connection with myself. The sessions, the people, and the calm of the mountains helped me slow down and reflect on things I’d been ignoring for years. It felt like pressing reset on my mind. I went back feeling lighter, happier, and more grounded. Truly a one-of-a-kind experience!
