As you travel deeper into the region, the journey unfolds with scenic mountain passes, ancient monasteries, and crystal-clear lakes. Time spent in Leh offers a perfect balance of culture and acclimatization, while the drive to Nubra Valley introduces travelers to sand dunes, double-humped camels, and panoramic mountain views. The route continues towards the iconic Pangong Lake, known for its changing shades of blue, followed by the remote beauty of Hanle and the serene surroundings of Tso Moriri.

Itinerary Breakdown

  • Arrive in Srinagar.

  • Report to the designated houseboat point at the scheduled time on your own.

  • Transfer to your houseboat via Shikara if the stay is at Dal Lake. The transfers will be made by road if the stay option is given at Nigeen Lake.  

  • Attend a welcome session with team captains and a briefing on the itinerary and safety guidelines.

  • Settle into your houseboat and enjoy dinner on board.

Highlights: Dal Lake, Shikara ride, stay at Srinagar houseboat.

Notes:

  • Shikara pick-up timings: 4:00 PM & 6:00 PM.

  • Houseboat check-in: 1:00 PM.

What’s in the Package?
  • Accommodation in houseboats, hotels, campsites, and lakeside cottages.

  • Meals (Day 1:Dinner, Day 2 to Day 9: Breakfast + Dinner, Day 10: Breakfast)

  • Evening tea/coffee included from Day 3 onwards.

  • Riding gear provided: helmet, riding jacket, gloves (only for riders), knee & elbow guards (Level 2 protection).

  • Professional team captains, guides, and support staff.

  • First aid kits, oxygen cylinders, and an oximeter are available.

  • 1-hour Shikara ride on Dal Lake (sharing basis).

  • Himalayan BS6 bikes for travelers opting for biking.

  • All sightseeing, permits, and entry fees as per the itinerary.

  • Adventure medical insurance (Srinagar to Leh segment only)

  • Backup vehicle, spare parts, and mechanical support provided.

  • Emergency medical support and oxygen cylinders for high altitudes.

  • Inner Line Permits for restricted areas included.

  • Bonfire in Nubra Valley (weather dependent).

  • Unique experiences: high-altitude biking, stargazing, Shikara rides, bonfires, and cultural immersion.

Notes
  • INR 3500/- per person extra for double sharing basis.

  • A 450cc bike is also available at an additional cost of ₹9,000

  • INR 5,000/- needs to be submitted as security for the bike before the start of the trip. Any damage to the bike, except engine damage, has to be borne directly by the client.

  • Biking option is available from 30 April onwards, since it’s not safe to ride on the mountain passes during the April month because of Black-ice formation

  • All the riders are required to wear a riding jacket at all the times they are riding the bike, else won’t be permitted to ride the bike.

  • Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of participants etc. May cause itinerary change. We reserve the rights to change any schedule in the interest of safety, comfort and general wellbeing.

  • The age limit of our group departures is 16 to 45 years due to the power packed itineraries that we provide to our travellers. We can customise trips for travellers beyond the mentioned age bracket as a private trip.

Important Traveller Notes

  • Bike deposits (of INR 5000) are applicable. 

  • Mandatory riding jacket for bikers; personal gear recommended.

  • Itinerary flexibility due to weather, road closures, or altitude conditions.

  • Carry buffer cash for optional expenses, warm clothing, and power banks.

  • Ladakh is a high-altitude region; stay hydrated and avoid alcohol or strenuous activity initially.

  • Accommodation type may vary depending on location and availability.

  • Meals are fixed as per mountain-friendly menus.

  • Fuel is included only for planned itinerary routes.

  • Weather and road conditions may affect daily schedules.

  • All meals are provided as per the MAP plan; preferences may need personal adjustments.

  • Some activities, like bonfires, depend on weather conditions
